The Jury of the NFT Creative Awards™

All submissions are evaluated by an expert jury from different creative disciplines. The jury committee is comprised of top independent designers, artists, curators, collectors, art lecturers, journalists, critics, filmmakers, music producers, and musicians who are devoted to brilliance in their disciplines.

The evaluation is based on a range of criteria that are constantly adapted to current standards.

We use a scoring scale between 1-100 points on each NFT. Jury members are assigned categories based on their specific backgrounds and expertise. All projects are viewed and judged randomly and anonymously to ensure unbiased and fair judging.

IV BLANCO GROSS — IV BLANCO GROSS
Ivana Blanco Gross is an American conceptual artist born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1965. Blanco Gross studied at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, NL (KABK). Her MFA is from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, NL. Her work explores the different perceptions of location across geographical space, translating her own connections to people and place into color. Specifically, she emphasizes the notion of location through the interaction and intersection of line, color and geography. She uses different media to express content; such as paint, text, photography, video and sound. Blanco Gross is the founder and developer of a number of projects, including Un-Send and Grayland. Her latest conceptual creation is Hopscotch, a multimedia installation based on the works of Argentine writer Julio Cortázar. Since 2005 Ivana Blanco Gross has been a member of the American Association of Photojournalists and of the Society of Professional Journalists as well as recognized member of the American Women Photographers Association. Her works have been shown extensively across three continents, and are included in private and public collections. Blanco Gross splits her time between her studios in New York, Miami and s'Hertogenbosch (The Netherlands).

JEAN-PIERRE BROWN — JEAN-PIERRE BROWN
Jean-Pierre Brown is an artist whose passion is to learn traditional art-making practices and then disassemble and reconfigure these in new and unique ways to create contemporary imagery. His primary focus is the printed image. Currently, he practices hand-rendered and historical photographic print processes which he re-interprets through non-conventional digitized and computer-assisted manipulations. He has worked with production teams in Thailand, Vietnam, India, Bali, China, and Japan. Jean-Pierre’s specialization is what we call Digital Artisanship wherein beauty is achieved through an applied fusion of the hand and machine – a merging of traditional hand-crafted artisan practices with new digital era manufacturing and rendering technologies. Jean-Pierre is committed to the mastery of making by looking simultaneously to the past and future of creativity and technology. “Technological innovations inform my creative processes. Exploring this emerging landscape of new technologies frees our art-making processes from traditional aesthetic expectations and physical material limitations. With a taste for the new, I also make a point of deeply understanding historical processes such as analog photography, traditional printmaking as well as handicrafts such as paper folding and paper cutting. Increased levels of experimentation within the new and the old brings us freedom in our creative adventures.”

BRUNO BRUGNANO — BRUNO BRUGNANO
In his ongoing, decades-long career as a musician, songwriter, composer, arranger, producer, and recording artist, Bruno has composed, arranged and produced music scores and original songs for feature films, television, documentaries, and commercials, amassing over a hundred albums to his credits as well as a composer for numerous movies scores of every imaginable style and genre. Today Bruno is much sought after for his award winning capabilities as an experienced and acclaimed film score and multimedia composer.

Xico Costa is Architect and Visual Artist. Visiting Professor at the Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona, Postdoctoral and Doctorate at the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña. Researcher [1992-2002] at the Contemporary Culture Center of Barcelona - CCCB. Professor of the Doctorate and Masters in Architecture at the Federal University of Bahia and Paraíba [Brazil]. Coordinator of Grupo Visions. Member of the Urban Laboratory UFBA. Editor of the section Passages at Thesis Magazine [ANPARQ]. NARUEMON PLOY CHAINGAM — NARUEMON PLOY CHAINGAM
Naruemon is an award-winning filmmaker with a focus on investigation, female stories, and the drivers of social change in Southeast Asia. Her work is threaded through by human connection and empathy, focusing on outliers and the marginalized across Southeast Asia and is executed with painstaking research, teamwork and a creative reflex. Her films have been carried by broadcasters including HBO/ Vice News, Al-Jazeera 101 East, Channel News Asia ‘Undercover Asia’ and she has worked on projects with Veronica TV and Arte France. With a wide range of film production knowledge, for a decade she has worked on challenging shoots spanning international documentaries and feature films to commercial shoots and NGOs commissions. She has also been a juror at the International Bangkok Documentary Award 2020-2021 and One World Media Award 2021 UK.

JESSIE LIE — JESSIE LIE
Jessie Lie is a travel and humanist photographer based in Paris. Capturing through various photographic series many cultures and traditions. She has traveled to many places around the world since her childwood. Freelance photographer since 2016, she decides to explore deeply South East Asia. She directed her first photographic project "Belief over Beauty". For nearly a year, French photographer Jessie Lie penetrated deeply into the world of Sak Yan, the Thai tradition of hand-tattooing ink designs on the body for spiritual purposes, to create a special collection of black-and-white images. Since then she has exhibited several times in Bangkok, in recognized places and collaborated for publications with Asian magazines. "I love the immediate impact that an image has, an open door to imagination and interpretation. Travels are my best source of inspiration, they lead me to a better understanding of the world as a witness and messenger. There is no longer the language barrier. Which could be an obstacle becomes a magnificent means of communication. It's the magical attraction of photography."

JORN MIDDLEBORG — JORN MIDDLEBORG
Jørn Middelborg hails from Oslo, Norway, and came to Bangkok in 1994. With an M.Sc., he has a broad background in science, education, and art from working on three continents. He secured a position with UNESCO in Bangkok in the areas of adult and non-formal education. Bangkok is the regional HQ, and he worked on a program covering projects in several countries in the region with a focus on development, training, inter-governmental collaboration, and evaluation. His international work spurred him to start researching and collecting artworks from Southeast Asia. After completing his assignment with UNESCO, he decided to stay and founded Thavibu Gallery (1998-2016) and Thavibu Art Advisory (2016-) in Bangkok. Their focus has been on contemporary art from Thailand, Vietnam, and Burma, hence the name Thavibu. Being the founder and managing director, his tasks covered mainly international collaborations, exhibitions, and publications. He is also an art collector and the founder of the Thavibu Art Collection. Over eighteen years, Thavibu Gallery staged more than 90 exhibitions by upcoming as well as established artists in Southeast Asia. The gallery also participated in international art fairs, published eleven books and numerous catalogs in collaboration with professional curators. One book that can be mentioned is Flavours – Thai Contemporary Art (2003), a major book on Thai contemporary art, which was written by the curator Steven Pettifor and published by Thavibu Gallery. His current work as an Art Advisor has an emphasis on researching art from the three countries mentioned, as well as collaborations with museums, foundations, collectors, and auction houses in the region.

TOMOO NAGAI — TOMOO NAGAI
Born Shizuoka, Japan, 1975. Undergraduate, BA and Graduate, MFA Degrees from Tokyo University of the Arts. As a student, Nagai was exposed to Jazz. He explores improvisation in Live House performances and in concerts experimenting in different styles of music genre and recording. He creates his own original instruments and gives solo concerts performing with them. He performed with the group, LULI, with French musicians, Fabrice Bony, Samantha Zaccarie and Japanese musician Yasuyo Iso. Nagai has also performed with the Trio, EPOCUS created with Koichi Yamaguchi (pianist) and Yutaka Kaido (bassist). He has performed with Sto-Mocs with Sachiko Nagata « Il conformista » with Morley Robertson. He created a collaborative work with musicians Akira Sakata, Yuki Saga, concerning the poetry of Kazuko Shiraishi, Nagai created the soundtrack for the movies ”TAMAGO”, “FLOAT”, titled “Song of Windswept Traces” and was the director for an original work he created and performed for the exhibition of Kiyoshi Hibi, titled ”The Night the Moon Came Closest to the Earth”.” He created and performed a percussion work, titled “metallications” and “saboten”, for the San Paulo Teatro Yuba Ballet Company established in 2011. Music composed for the public was realized by Nagai in his project « Sound for 31 Stations » a tonal work which resounds throughout 31 stations on the Kinokuni line of the Japan Railway in Wakayama Prefecture. Nagai also worked on the project « Sounds for Tennoz Central Tower » creating musical pieces for the building’s public spaces. Touring internationally Nagai has performed in Indonesia, Brazil, France, Morocco, and Iceland from 2005-2014. Recent Solo Concert performances include Opera City and Omigakudo in Tokyo, Japan. In 2013, The French Japanese Cultural Center in Toulouse (CCFJT) France, released his solo album « 514 Pictures ». He is currently working -amongst other projects- with Marcelo von Schwartz in the exhibition “Tokyo still moving” an AR interactive exhibition at Tennoz Isle Art Hall, Tokyo.

JOHN NEFF — JOHN NEFF
John Neff has been a professional in the sound industry since making his first record in 1965. While a recording artist and performer for many years, John has been ‘behind the glass’ on the studio production side of things for over 30 years, producing and engineering hundreds of records, commercials, sounds for TV, Radio, DVD, Internet, Video and Feature Motion Pictures. He was David Lynch’s Chief Engineer, Studio Manager, and musical co-writer/performer for eight years in Hollywood. Recent accomplishments include 2 new albums for the legendary band, “Journey”, 5.1 Surround Mix for the Feature Film, “Dark Reel” (released March 2009), Live and Studio albums for Singer Keith England (formerly Allman Bros.), a CD project for Troubadour Rondo Beutler, the 5.1 soundtrack mix of the festival trailer (preview) for a 2007 feature film titled “Inner Balance”; location, music and mix work on David Lynch’s feature film “Inland Empire”; Mix of the soundtrack for Michael Franti’s, a feature documentary film, “I Know I’m Not Alone”, and Audio and Video production of all content for davidlynch.com. Neff also did the 5.1 Remixes and Restorations for DVD release of Lynch’s films, “Eraserhead”, “The Elephant Man”, “Blue Velvet”, “Wild At Heart”, “Twin Peaks—Fire, Walk With Me”, and mixed the theatrical soundtracks and soundtrack CDs for Lynch’s theatrical releases, “The Straight Story” and “Mulholland Drive”. He provided original music for both of those films and recorded and mixed the scores as well. John has a CD in release with Lynch entitled “Blue Bob”, which they premiered at the legendary Olympia Theatre in Paris, and they together wrote, performed and recorded the theme song of the 2002 Cannes Film Festival, “Cannes Memory”. John currently is composing, performing, recording and producing the Nightsage “LeeriX” project, soon to be released as a book and CD, is completing two music CDs of his own.

JEFF PERIGOIS — JEFF PERIGOIS
Jean Francois “Jeff” Perigois, is a photographer who has been making his way through Southeast Asia since the turn of the century, before setting up his base in Cambodia. Having eschewed the monotony of order in France to immerse himself in this flawed-and-vibrant region, his work seeks to capture exactly daily human interactions at street level. It is about actions, motions, reactions of humans with their surroundings — both living and inanimate — as evidenced in Breaking The Walls (2009), Cambodia’s first walking photography exhibition. For the past seven years, he has been focusing on architecture and the ever-changing streetscape in Southeast Asia’s rapidly gentrifying cities. Ultimately, Jeff has the goal of creating books that captures the ongoing process of urban decay in Southeast Asia, and that critical junction where the old meets head on with the new. Having held numerous exhibitions between 2008 and 2021 in both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, Jeff hasn’t limited himself to other field of works — he was a part of a French movie crew, produced a photo essay for the company that reconnected Cambodia’s south to the capital by rail, yet still works as a photography tour guide for budding-photographers-cum-avid-travellers who are making their way through Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos), who wants to immortalise the memories of their trips on print since 2014.

PIYADA PARIKAMSIL — PIYADA PARIKAMSIL
An art journalist, storyteller, and writer whose review articles on art exhibitions and interviews with Southeast Asian and international artists have been featured in top art magazines and online media during the last ten years. Piyada has experience working with non-profits, corporations, and the government. In her new role as an independent writer, she is in search of a new way to interpret art that goes beyond language.

SUKONTIP FON PRAHANPAP — SUKONTIP FON PRAHANPAP
A Thai native, Sukontip Fon Prahanpap is a veteran in the art business. In 2006, she founded her first art gallery, “La Lanta Fine Art”, and worked to build the gallery’s reputation to become one of the top art galleries in Thailand. Sukontip has steadily worked with internationally acclaimed artists, while creating a platform for emerging artists to expose their ideas to the global market. Her art gallery has a strong presence in international art fairs in major art cities around the world. In 2021, Sukontip founded Warin Lab Contemporary in Bangkok. Warin Lab Contemporary’s distinctive commitment is to engage the global audience by addressing vital social issues through leading-edge curatorial projects. The space works with artists and curators from around the world to create meaningful dialogues through works that provoke thought and stimulate action. In its first year, Sukontip focuses the programs on the issue of “environment.” Before switching to a career in the art field, Sukontip’s corporate roles included managerial positions in a consumer product conglomerate and communication consultancy firms. Sukontip earned a degree in business communications from Emerson Collage, Boston, USA, and Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She holds a certificate on Art Marketing module from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

FABIANA STUBRICH — FABIANA STUBRICH
Fabiana Stubrich has more than twenty years leading international business in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique ability to understand design. During her career, she held various key roles with Knoll, the iconic modern furniture design manufacturer, working closely with clients in the financial, legal, education, transportation, and consumer industries. Prior to Knoll, she worked at the Design Exchange, Canada's only museum dedicated exclusively to the pursuit of design excellence and preservation of design heritage. Fabiana has a degree in architecture and an architecture postgraduate degree from the Polytechnic University (UPC) of Barcelona, Spain. Due to her design experience, product introduction familiarity, and business experience, she has been asked to participate in various boards and associations, speaking engagements, and be an advocate for good design and design research around the world.

MAI WONGSAWASDI — MAI WONGSAWASDI
Mai is an artist liaison at 333art.gallery and an independent art curator based in Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated with a degree in Film and Television from London College of Communication, University of the Arts London and is now completing her MBA degree at Sasin School of Management.During her time in the UK, Mai has worked on many short film and commercial projects. The graduation project she produced has made it to the Aesthetica Film Festival 2017.Mai first started her career when she came back home from her study as a 3D animation producer, film and commercial producer and later expanded her creativity into the field of art event & exhibition management. With the passion in arts and film, Mai pursued her career as project coordinator/business development at Woof Pack Bangkok, a creative community where she had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with Thai and international artists.After leaving Woof Pack to pursue her master degree, Mai continued to work on many projects as independent art curator/ art dealer as she wanted to promote and support young, up and coming artists in Thailand and Asia. In 2020, Mai curated and organised an art event/ art exhibition for Thai artist Note Panayanggool with a special visual projection by a renowned Thai artist, Korakrit Arunanondchai.Currently with 333art.gallery, Mai helps oversee the artists’ development of their ideas and concepts to better present to the public. She is now also working on the gallery’s business expansion to enhance the Thai art scene and to help promote Thai artists to the world.
